Cosmetic Tattoo Contraindications

Before making an appointment, please make sure you don’t have any of the following:

• Hepatitis A B C

• HIV+ /AIDS

• Keloid Scarring

• Bleeding Disorders

• Pregnant

• Breastfeeding

• Taking Ro-Accutane/ Isotretinoin

• High blood pressure (unmanaged)

• Undergoing Chemotherapy/Radiotherapy

• Diabetes (Doctor clearance recommended)

• Existing tattoo (*please send us photos of your existing tattoo before making a booking)

Cosmetic Tattoo CAN NOT be provided for local issues concerning the treated area:

• Have Eczema, Psoriasis or Seborrheic Dermatitis

• Recent surgery

• Recent face resurfacing procedures like chemical peels or laser (have to be at least 2 weeks apart from your appointment)

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hr notice.

• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48hr will result in you losing your deposit.

• If you are more than 15min late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, you will forfeit your deposit. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit may be applied to future services.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, and you give us more than 48hr notice, your deposit will stay as a credit for 3 months. If you don’t rebook within 3 months, you’ll lose your deposit.

Terms and Conditions

If for any reason we cannot perform the service you booked in for due to Medical History, having a previous tattoo, being underage, pregnant, breastfeeding, or any other circumstance which we deem unfit your deposit will not be refunded. To make sure you are a suitable candidate for a cosmetic tattooing please make refer to contraindications above. • You MUST be 18+ years old.

• You MUST NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol for any procedure. 

• We ask you to arrive to your appointment alone. Children/Pets are also NOT allowed in the treatment room.

• If you are undergoing any cancer treatments, taking any strong medications, or suffering from diabetes - please contact your health practitioner before making this appointment as your immune system might not respond well to tattooing.

For the best results, you must follow the aftercare instructions carefully to help reduce the risk of infection and give your new tattoo the best possible outcome. Please contact us if you have any questions
